What is included in the price?
The daily/weekly/monthly rate includes all utilities, free use of the kayak, WiFi and twice weekly cleaning.

What is not included in the price?
Food and drinks are not provided, but you can purchase either the Silver or Gold Hamper package to get you started. If you have particular needs please ask and we will try to find what you require.

Linen is changed twice per week. There is a washing machine for laundry.

How can we get to the island?
There are many ways to get to the island, some are much easier than others and some are much cheaper. Talk to us direct, and preferably before booking connecting flights, so that we can help you choose the right option for you.

How can we book tours and onward travel?
You can talk to us and we can organise these for you, most will pick you up from your house, or you can book at any of the tour agents in the village.

Is there a 24 hour on-call service?
No, we are available from 7am to 7pm everyday. We do have a telephone number for emergencies only. Depending on your arrival time, you will either see us on the day of your arrival, or the next day, if you have not already paid, we will require full payment at this point. On the day of departure we will come to collect the keys and return the security deposit.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
To book accommodation, we will need a 20% deposit, via Paypal. This deposit is fully refundable (minus any Paypal fees) if cancelled one month prior to the arrival date. Due to the house being booked well in advance, cancellations later than this, lose the deposit. However, always contact us, as if we have someone wanting the property we can refund the deposit.

What is the Security Deposit for?
The security deposit is for damage to the house. It is not for any wear or tear. We will only charge for the direct cost of fixing the damage.
